The Medical System for International Students Tanta University Council approved, in its session that was held on October 31st, 2023, the report of the Supreme Medical Committee, that was held on October 23rd, 2023, which includes the 6th clause of the report of the Qualitative Medical Committee that was released on October 19th, 2023. The clause concerns reviewing the medical system for both under and postgraduate Egyptian and international students. It is to be applied via conducting medical examination on international students at the clinics of the Medical Administration based on a letter from the faculty to which the student is affiliated. 10 pounds are to be paid for the stamps according to the decree issued by University Council on September 30th, 2023. Medication is dispensed from the clinics’ pharmacy. The student covers 50% only from the cost, 300 pounds are maximum. Costs that exceed 300 pounds are to be fully covered by the student.
